Jesse is a proud 20 Year Retired US Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Abi Copeland, Business Development Manager for Bestica, is passionate about Information Technology and connecting members of the IT Community to help share knowledge.  Since moving to Texas in 2014 and starting in IT Workforce Solutions, she has been continuously researching and growing her understanding of the various aspects of IT to  help better serve the companies she works with across the nation.

Bestica is a locally owned IT Workforce Solutions company with a national footprint.  We work with startups, small businesses, large corporations and Fortune 500 companies as well as the Military, DOD and Federal clients across the US.  We believe in helping our customers find the best talent while also helping to solve their Business problems.

As VP of Membership, Abi is excited to help grow the HDI San Antonio Chapter, while working to understand what the members would like to get out of their chapter.  HDI is all about its members and getting those members to play an active role in helping the local IT community. 

James Nelson, CGI - Incident Manager with the US Global Technology  Operations team. James has held various titles during his eight years with CGI while working remotely to include roles in Queue Management facilitating end to end implementation for engineer and end user tickets, Trainer for multiple clients and help desk members, Team Lead and acting Service Desk Manager for the CGI US Help desk.

Jessica Olson, ITS Training and Outreach Specialist for Trinity University, has a passion for technology in higher education.  Since graduating from Slippery Rock University in 2014, Jessica has continually found herself working with technology experts in both major corporations and higher education and says that she couldn't imagine using her communication degree and training skills in any other type of field.

As an officer for HDI San Antonio, Jessica hopes to continue to build her knowledge of the IT world while also creating and expanding her relationships with other IT professionals and hopes to one day be privileged enough to manage her own service and support team.
